Privacy & Security

Is my API key secure?

Yes. Stored locally in Chrome, never sent anywhere except OpenAI. See security page.

What data do you collect?

None. No tracking, no analytics, no data collection.

Why does the extension ask for permission to access all websites?

This permission is only requested when you enable the Auto-Intercept feature (Settings → Auto-Apply Transformations). It allows the extension to inject cached transformations automatically when you navigate to a saved URL. The permission is not requested at install time — it's optional and only needed for auto-intercept. If you don't use auto-intercept, the extension never requests this permission.
